Lightbulb I love my Biofreeze...

it works well for me.

Last night I had terrible burning... and a few times on vacation. I am starting to
link it to potatoes. We only have potatoes occasionally. And last night I had roast turkey/potatoes/yams. It was a mild activity day, so I don't think I strained my feet.

I am reading up on this:
http://www.helium.com/tm/303428/alle...amily-manifest

I have already cut out onions (last year--gas issues), and oranges (my arthritis improved, esp my knees), and now I suspect nightshade. I love peppers too..esp the red.
I had 3 little ones the day before in fact. Probably contributed to yesterday.

At this rate all of my favorites may be gone from my life! sigh.

Anyway I use the Biofreeze if the Alka-Seltzer doesn't work. Last night I did Alka-Seltzer and I could finally fall asleep, however.

And I will throw this in too... I am switching to the new Aleve liquigels for pain.
I was doing ibuprofen. The Aleve was on sale at Costco's, and I like liquigels in general.. The tablets did not work well for me when I had my leg tendon injury.
But I have to say the Aleve liquigels (for my arthritis) are fast acting..and one 200mg lasts almost 12 hrs for me! I am surprised at this effect. So I am passing that on.
Naproxen has the lowest risk for cardiovascular negative impact, followed by ibuprofen. Just so you know. I have orders to use as little as possible and only when necessary from my doctor. I think it is the liquigel formula -- must be delivering the drug quickly to where it is needed that is the reason. Just my theory.
