At this rate all of my favorites may be gone from my life! sigh..
My wife & I always have onions, garlic, & bell peppers either in
salads-raw, or cooked in a saute, braise, stir-fry, ke-bobs or stew. (Potatoes are occasional.)
Every day!
Its not a question of favorites, but of changing our basic staples.
I'm not sure I want to experiment.
I'm not the allergic type (no hay fever, antibiotic or medication issues) and the food issues I have are only casein base products (since infancy).
But statins & artificial sweeteners can affect my PN.

Mrs D- We don't know how to cook without onions, garlic & peppers.
We'd be lost, tasteless. I don't know how you do it.
