I feel your hunger!

I don't like it either. But when I see results for myself...well, I am motivated.

It took a LONG time to cut the orange juice cravings!

We used to use onions all the time, I love the Sweet ones.
And I love Red bell peppers.

But when I have these flare-ups...and I can look back at what I ate...
I have to wonder. I could live without potatoes... but the others hurt and I am still testing the nightshade theory. It might be additive... like peppers only that week, or something like that. The Reds are in season now too... sigh!
