IN A NUTSHELL...I need help.
For instance, today I had two soft pretzels, two cups of coffee and water and pop. I'm getting ready to eat a piece of a steak sandwish. This is typical of my every day.
I usually don't eat until 2 or 3 in the afternoon. Does anyone have suggestions on foods that won't nauseate(sp?) first thing in the a.m.? Can anyone help me with good supplements?
I used to be addicted to food and now eat only when tummy hurts. It's not healthy. I know that. I need to get my metabolism back up as well.
