but that last comment about diabetic PN? I don't get that at all...

Killing the nerve for Morton's neuroma is not the same as treating diabetic PN.

That might be a media mistake.
We don't know if the nerve grows back (like it does with other chemical interventions or not)..

I guess only a podiatrist could verify this technique for diabetics here.
