Hi
my son had very bad bruxism at one point, with snapping, clenching and grinding teeth. (he has Tourette syndrome)

the only thing that helped bring it under control for him was pantothenic acid (vit B5) supplements. Royal Jelly is also very rich in pantothenic acid.
