The Plan
To try to get the 10 pesky pounds off I'm going to stick with my Weight Watchers diet and add "footless" excercise. I'll do leg lifts, sit ups, and those excercises that don't require walking, running and feet! My neuropathy is going haywire lately so I have to stay off of them as much as possible. And, until this current flare dies down, I can't start excercising so just being diligent to the diet will have to suffice.
