Sorry I've been AWOL for a bit. The cotton balls seem like they would be a good way to get a 'measurement' so to speak to compare with when cutting the sponge. I haven't had a need for it yet! I'd say that's good news!

It's been a very long couple of weeks and to top it off, last night I stepped on a piece of glass. I was distracted and thought I'd just stepped on something hard, ya know? Well, it turned out to be a piece of glass and I think I might have a tiny piece stuck down in there. Not deep but it's there. Duct tape to the rescue. Have to put another piece on after I soak the foot a bit.
