Do we have a link somewhere here that I've missed with a list of supplements, the doses recommended for pn, and such?

I'm thinking to go back on acetyl-L-carnitine which I'd been taking, but left out this past month. A friend with neuropathy from platinum tells me his doctors recommend carnitine in its prescription form--levo-carnitine, and I'm wondering if I should ask my docs for this. I thought perhaps something was already up here discussing the two types.
