I've just posted in the General Health forum about how I've been saying something a bit wrong about how quickly one can expect to feel improvements in symptoms of low B12.

I'm putting this here because I want people to see my post, and I wasn't sure which forum was more appropriate.

It certainly is a general health concern, and not everyone associates some of the symptoms of low B12 with B12... so I think the forum I chose is correct, only I do want people who look at this forum to see the info, too.
