I am a person that goes to sleep around MN at least. Bedtime there is inforced at 10:30! Plus I am a side sleeper and they want you on your back so the respiration monitor can work. I think I got about 3 good hours, they said they want at least 2. Yeah, I'm still tired but OK. I won't get results for about 2 weeks. When my Mom had it several years ago they gave me some immediate results such as how many times during the night she stopped breathing and how low her oxygen level went.
