Default Hi Mark,

I have had them in my right hand. My middle finger, the ring finger and little finger spasm up and get all out of shape. It usually goes pretty quick. Bill use to massage them and I have soaked my hand in a parafin bath to help calm them down.

When mine first started I chalked them up to the Thoracic Outlet Syndrome but I had surgery on my right side in 2000 and for the longest time I never had any. Then about a year and a half ago they started again. Like you now I don't know what to chalk them up to.

I try not to keep my hand in one position for too long such as holding a book one way or holding a fork one way to eat. It seems to me like certain positions bring it on with me.

It will be interesting to see what ideals people give you about this. I have wondered also.

Hope you are having a good day.

Ada
