Default Improvements held with Rebuilder

John used the Rebuilder starting in 2003. It reduced his pain level quite a bit and helped his flexibility also. He too has developed a personalized program over the years that has many elements to it. He hasn't used the Rebuilder for about a year now because it bothers his knee....he has pins in his knee to repair a quad tendon rupture and the rebuilder tends to make it ache. He probably just needs to reduce the length of time he's in it.

His pain did not rise after he stopped using it....so that's good. Since this May, I've been doing very gentle reflexology on his feet. It has really helped him. BTW....our docs said that if his PN did not clear up within 12 -18 months after the onset, it would never get any better or go away. Well, John continues to improve so never let a prognosis get in your way of healing

You truely have to have to find the right combo of things that work for you. One size does not fit all.
