Get these all the time in my hands. I have found that putting pressure from the other hand to put it back in place makes it go away almost immediately. If I don't do something to "untwist" it, it will stay like that for several minutes. Don't want that happening.

Also get horrible leg cramps at night. Sometimes in foot, sometimes in the leg. Have to get up and walk or super extend the cramping muscle and hold in that position for up to 20 minutes.

May be from not enough potassium or the inability to metabolize the potassium I take in.
