Hi Mark,
I have had muscle spasms right from the start of this crazy disease. My foot would curl up so tight and the pain was off the charts. It took forever for my husband and kids to get my foot staightened out. I get them every night. As soon as I take off my shoe and brace, they start. I try to breath through them but that doesn't work. I keep telling the Docs about it but they just act like its nothing. I'd like for them to just get one.
