HEY!!!!! what is happening to all our Newbys????

All of these nice people come in and say Hi, we welcome them with open arms and then, they never come back. Are we that boring or do we stink? What is it?

OK, just had to vent, I'm alright now, except that sometimes it gets lonely in here.
