Spasms do suck! I am so jealous you are somewhere warm! I live in South UK and so it's always wet, windy and miserable weather here.. (tonight it sounds like a storm is going through the house, rain etc).. one of my pain drs said the best pain medicine he could prescribe would be to move somewhere warm!

LOL!

I do find some weathers make my pain and spasms worse and sometimes feel like a barometer..
