chin tuck exercise (re: Computer workers this may help you :)
Peter Edgelow also has a chin tuck. I think he recommends we do it every hour or so during the day. I don't know if there is an exact description online but it's def. worth learning the exercise. Lisa described it above to some extent. You can use your other arm or a pinkie ball on a stick (from PT) to do the exercise. It's bascially the thinker pose which produces a mild traction.
