post traumatic stress.....which I also have from my explosion and burns.....I am so sensitive to pain and I think it brings back physically all the pain I suffered. I had a much higher threshold for pain before the explosion. I haven't read any studies but I am just assuming we are far more susceptible to pain.

ps don't assume anything with doctors and state your case. DON'T BE BRAVE....
i JUST READ a study saying that pts patients were less susceptible to pain so maybe it was the kind of pain suffered. I didn't look up burn pain.
