Hi Mari,
I feel badly that you have all that noise, but after awhile I bet you will just get used to it. Do you take anything for sleep? If not check with your p-doc or PCP, because you have a problem sleeping anyway right??????

Use a fan, for me that blocks out noise, not that I have that problem, but it lulls me off, especially if I nap during the day.

My mom uses her TV she can't sleep without it. My ex used to listen to music, sometimes that would bother me and he would have to put on his headphones or ear piece.

Sometimes I am watching TV and fall asleep, this just started, but then I wake up. I am back to waking up a few times during the night, for no reason, I think my mind is on overload.

I am sure people will come up with more ideas. I guess a good pair of soft ear plugs might work too.

Sweet dreams, Hugs, Nikko
