Hope I'm not cutting in here. Just wanted to mention what helps with my twitching.
I take a supplement that contains calcium citrate and magnesium glycinate. I divide it into two doses, with the larger dose at bedtime, for a total of 1000mg calcium/500mg magnesium daily. It doesn't completely clear up the twitching, but it does keep the muscles from cramping, which helps a lot.
