I'm so sorry. That really is a bummer!
Maybe you could see your doc, or call him up and relate the current problems and stresses you are going thru.
A Valium, or something, might be a good way to get
some calm at this time.
I usually don't think that chemical escapes are good emotionally,
because there is a tendency to let them act as a crutch.
But every once in a while, it can be of good value for you.
