This is only in your arm/shoulder the left side fatigue & weakness ?
Is there any pain or tightness, in your arm, neck, shoulder or upper back?
Can you hold arms out in front or overhead for 3 minutes with no problems.
I hope the neuromuscular doc has some answers for you.
