I emailed Costco to verify the info on non member pharmacy use - still waiting for the reply.
there is one near my parents so that could come in handy for them.
Mom was just looking into the Walmart $4 rx's but the nearest one is still 25 miles away.
I don't think they can switch to all generics for everything yet.
