Default Hi

Hi:

Just got back from an Elderhostel in Corning, New York. Three topics were discussed; the Dead Sea Scrolls, Islam and the aging brain. All of the presenters knew their stuff. I was most interested in the aging brain and how to care for it. We were given a number of exercise routines as well as some take home exercises. It's interesting that some of the exercises, while not intended specifically for Parkinson's are similar to those that I've been using for the past few years or so. Got a good bibliography and will order some of them for my personal library. Also got some notes covering all three topics. If you are not familiar with Elderhostel then you are probbly not old enough (I think the minimum age is 55 years). I returned home with some renewed plan to fight this old thing or, at least, to slow it down.

All the best,

Lloyd
