I don't know...I am very leery of this. I am not saying it wouldn't or might not be beneficial in some instances. But as in my case, if the goal is to take inflammation down, why would I want to create more? So, I see where Mrs. D is coming from. I think I will stick with the steroid injections (facets, selective nerve root, etc.) because as I said, the goal is to STOP the inflammation and/or irritation of a nerve root. Of course I am speaking of the spine so it may be different. But anytime I have had inflammation it was either a course of anti-inflammatories; prednisolone and/or injections. I will ask my own spinal PM about this and get his take on it as I simply don't know much about it in regards to the spine.
