Yes its called Costrocondritis. In normal words inflammation of the rib cartilage. I was dx'd with this when I was 18....long precursor to being dx'd with FM. I take OTC ibuprofen for it to help with the inflammation. Its a real pain when FM and the costro acts up at the same time!
