I now go in with the numbered questions, rx's taking and sx's unless i'm "out of it" and not practicing my words
No going around written instructions, no interruptions
And if I forget something, its on me

I always think I'm one step ahead until times like last night.

Carry my med hx, doc names with addresses and phone #'s, allergies to meds with me these days
