I had a folder with my pen ready last visit and the doc my pcp, says oh you are a little obsessive compulsive...nicely....and he laughed so I then say no I have learned to cya or cover my bum.....legally so notes for every single visit!

I have learned to laugh and he now knows I have to do it to remember what I am saying....meds.... and also legal issues....

We now have an understanding!!
