She said some studies show 90% of older patients very low in D.
That is a new figure I hadn't heard. Upper limit is 2000 IU. So don't go over that daily. And D3 is preferred. D2 is 1/2 as potent as D3.
She did rose's B12 a good service. In fact in her own job she suggests to
the doctors at the nursing homes she services (she is a PhD. nutritionist) that they do MMA testing on all patients. I was impressed. So I gave her a good evaluation on the hand out sheet at the end!
