What i thought was really dumb about my situation,
{ for my two occurrences of "shoulder/neck strains"} they would send me to therapy and allow me time off from work to go to the sessions, but then I had to return back to work at full duties??

So any benefit to my healing was negated by having me go right back to full work. The only good thing about it was that the place was only 2 miles from work.
I had severe RSI/bilateral "wrist strain" 1.5 yrs before the shoulder /neck stuff and it took a couple months off work and 6 months on light duty before I was able to go back to my regular job. All before I had learned anything about TOS.
