Last night when I went home I noticed a small box on my doorstep. My vitamins from iherb finally arrived. I took Betafentamine & methyl B12 with no problem at all before bed.
This morning I took my....Fishoil,Garlic,Multi-Vit.,B-complex,Methyl B12Betafentamine,C0Q10,and added my new 150mg dose of ALA.

I started to feel weird sensations in my head,the only thing that comes close is the Niacin flush feeling. I felt very nervous,alert,and uncomfortable.I was scratching and rubbing my face. One of my feet started to burn a bit as well for no reason. I also noticed darkish urine,as normally my urine is always flourescent green due to Bcomplex.

I am wondering if this is normal,has anyone had a similar reaction,or should I just not take them anymore?
