PT
PT at the beginning of injury was 3x a week for 3 months when I loss use of my entire right arm
Back and forth from work and time off was frustrating
I gained movement back but the therapist and WC doc didnt know what else to do for me for the pain and swelling.
Only dx was RSI and poss CTS
Another 6 months of PT by 2 seperate docs before being definitely dx'd.
Very painful as sx's began to get worse at high levels of pain
Surgery was decided
Post surgery: feldenkrais and PT which was the WRONG PT for the BP and ulnar nerve compression
2 more different PT's
Then a total body lock down last spring when a call to 911 happened
Master P found Dr. Salinas in Yorba Linda for me
He has been a GODsend
Understands the anatomy, MY type of treatment.
As for driving to and from
It's frustrating
I believe if you had a GOOD therapist it would be worth it.
I actually have an olecyn jump in my step when I walk out of a session
End of story
