Do you have symptoms?
Numerous people have MRI findings that state similar to yours and they haven't symptoms. The prob. is when there is pain or other symptoms.
From what I'm seeing, in what you noted, you have arthritis (degenerative disease) and possibly nerve compression or impingement.
For some of the other clinical terms and what they mean, I'd try: Google. I'd also place quotations around the key terms in doing the search, such as: "foraminal protrusion"; "thecal sac"; "mild canal stenosis."
Another option is to ask the doctor who referred you for the MRI.
Doctors who have ordered my tests have also scheduled follow-up appointments and went over the radiographic outcomes with me.
