Default Thanks for asking Mrs D

I have been waiting, to really be able to update everyone, and know that it is certain. PN changes from moment to moment and I don't like to get over enthusiastic or confident.

But to be honest, I noticed an immediate abating of the twitching upon stopping the calcium, magnesium,& potassium supplements I was taking. I don't remember if I mentioned the potassium? That was my latest conquest at GNC. I was taking seperate of each, and morning and night doses.

In any event, upon your advice, I stopped that day,and within 2 days time the twitching abated by about 30-40%. Funny huh?

I still have some twitching, and it could be just about anywhere as it seems to travel around, but not nearly as horrible as it was. It may have abated even more. but it was sheer misery for those couple weeks as it was intense and constant.

I have been doing some serious stretching of my calf muscles,so I can regain flexibility and strenghth and stay off the calcium & magnesium. If I do go back,I will try the slow mag. In time.

Thanks again Mrs. D
