Hi Aussie, a couple of years back i got some of Blackmores Execute strength B complex from Safeway, which were on sale, [ no wonder ] the next morning i took one and went out the back yard, then not long after i felt like a million ants were crawling all over me:eek, it must have looked funny, i couldn't stop scratching myself from head to toes , but it was driving me crazy so i come inside and all over my body were little itchy lumps every were, so i must have drank 10 glasses of water to get rid of it and then slowly the itching slowed up and the lumps went away,
I always buy Cenovis multi B since then and never had a problem since, i never checked the use by date on that bottle, i suppose i should have, but i sure can understand you not wanting to take another AL acid.
