I decided to try all of these books (the weight loss is for him). I went for the two Ph books after watching the Crazy Sexy Cancer film and seeing the drastic blood cell changes after she had been on his diet. Seeing the proof was enough for me. I will update how this goes. I will probably take my stack of books to a nutritionist and see if I can somehow squish everything into one diet of my own!
