Hi Tamara,
I take 100mg of Topomax a day. I find that there are days that I do slur my words and speak gibberish. As far as I am aware I don't sit up and talk to myself throughout the night.
I agree with Jo have you checked your blood sugar that sounds like you might be hypoglycemic. Call your doc Tamara.. I would hate to see you have a reaction because of your diabetes..
