All I can say OMG Im not alone!!

I have had this crap going on since the begining of my RSD deal. I thought it was the birth control i was on bc i am on it continuosly so i dont get a cycle and just blew it off as hormones, welll this summer I started a shot that just shuts down the ovaries and no hormones involved at all.. and thouhgt ok this will be good now that summer is here and i can enjoy some heat... WRONG!! so they blame it on my RSD i guess from what you guys are saying. I wake up sweating and need to head right for the shower bc im soo sweaty and I sleep with the ac and a fan blowin rihgt on me!! ANd during the day.. its 50-s her now and still have the ac on and fan blowin on me and sit in the living room with a hand fan blowing bc im soo darn hot. I get so hot at times that it gets me sick!! I can feel the hot flashes come on and face gets almost purple and its either get cooled down or else i iwll be sick. I have my secrets spots to get cooled off in.. like at walmart .. i pretend to look for veggies or ice cream just to get the coolers to get me cooled off... i even got a trick that bc summer was here it helped when i got hot to take my flip flop off and walk bare foot in the stores.. cool floor... lol.

Im just glad its not me!! i wish there were things that we could put in our purses or whatever, to make it get cold and we wouldnt have to refreeze them... like those hand warmers... I also put my pillow cases in the freezer when i get bad so i can sleep on a cool pillow... puts me right to slepp too!!
