Dear Nikko,
I am not sure of your age but it could be related to perimenopause.
They say this transition in our lives could take up to 10 years.
So that is hormonal....
Have you had your thyroid checked lately?
They make a progesterone cream that you put on your inner wrists and other places that is supposed to help with symptoms....
Are you close enough with your primary to ask about this issue?
