A " normal " MRI just proves that the problem is NOT caused the C spine or bones. Plus some times MRIs are not looked at fully?
a rushed tech or radiologist just looking for a simple problem...
Drs need to look deeper - nerves, fascia, vascular, scar tissue regrowth??
since you had a surgery - the scar tissue might be an issue?
As always posture is a big thing esp if you got TOS from repetitive work, but even pain and discomfort will cause us to slouch or "try" to protect the painful areas.
So that is a life long issue- IMO

I know for me it is.
