when you blacked out did you fall and hit your head/shoulders?

at the early onset of my RSI/TOS I had dizzy spells often, with some nausea on and off.
I had a spell of Vertigo a year before that so I thought I was having that again, but the Dramamine didn't work at all for these symptoms.
I did go home a time or 2 thinking I had the flu, but was OK as soon as I rested. { no arm use etc}
