Default I would be careful.

Ozone? Not good for biological systems. This is a reactive oxygen and free radical damage is bad for blood vessels, and just about everything else.

That orthotic? Well, in my experience something may feel better for a short time, and then actually get worse. When it comes to the feet, the dominoe effect can be considerable, up the leg and into the back.

You know, Brian will like this-- I have started giving my limping arthritic cat some magnet treatments between her shoulders..and it seems to be working.
I am doing the 10,000 gauss small neodymium ones for about twenty minutes
at night when she comes to my bed. I have to hold it on her, but now she is learning to sit still and keep it in place-- she likes it! She seems to be walking better, and has stopped waking me up with "demands". I don't know why I didn't think about it sooner! DUH
