Thanks for the words of wisdom.

Today was great. I slept and watched TV. I never left the apt.
A colleague has noticed my stress and emailed me tonight something sort of like this:
"I know that you have a lot on your plate. What can I do to help"?
I thanked hiim, told him that I was fine, and then gave him a short list of what he can do.
HA!
I'm learning.
