Hi. I have a friend who does raw food for her exema. She has found it super helpful. I know it took her awhile to adjust and if not done properly can have very negative effects because of lack of nutrients. Are you a vegetarian or vegan now? If not do you think maybe a transition would be better? Anyhow I think that a nutritionist even if to get you started would be super important. I see one and have been underweight as well. Now to maintain a healthy weight I still have to eat a lot. Having my nutritionist make sure I meet those needs is key. Right now I'm working on eating healthier though. I really encourage you finding one that specializes though in what your looking for such as raw. Good luck and can you keep us updated. I'm interested in how you feel.
