good grief - none of them wrote anything for modified work??

Did any of them say if the work would be worsening to your condition??
It sounds like it would be.

But now that the MRI is done and shows the problems - I believe your own primary MD could write a note about work limits.

I hate to ask but was some of this damage due to work or a work injury?
Work comp claims aren't fun but if this condition was caused by the job you might talk with some work comp attys.
{ they might have some drs names for you}
You might talk {consult/interview?} with some about the whole situation before going any further.
to see what options you have.

Unless you know for sure that the job had nothing to do with your condition.
