Hi everyone, well I went to the doc today to get knee x-rayed and now he wants an MRI. I am pretty sure it is coming from my back but hey, you can only fall on your knee so many times before it starts complaining. So now that I got the whine out of the way I must confess----I hit the drive thru at McD's. I know, I know, it was a bad idea but as usual I tried to find comfort in food. It wasn't even that good so I don't know why I did it. Well I do know sort of...I think they pipe out that french fry smell so when you drive by it hypnotizes you Yeah, thats it-- thats the ticket. hee hee hee.

So I will be good the rest of the day, I promise! Wont be doing much walking today but I will do my best to stick with fruit and lots of water for the rest of the day. ...Sue
