thank you so much for all your kindness, i really would not have gotten through this without this forum. You have welcomed me so quickly and i am forever grateful for all your support.
Things are getting gradually lighter, the images are still bounding around my head but they have been for weeks so i can handle that - as long as something doesn't trigger another blip again! I got a phonecall from my dr receptionist, she hasn't even faxed the referral through yet...so thats another 2 wks from now to wait.
I feel different now though, i'm not going to think about it as a be all and end all. I have very black and white thinking btw, probably half my problem! I'm going to get up today - wish me luck!
