Mary,
Your not stupid just confused  ... I have forgotten to take my meds or taken them twice before.. I think it is just part of the problem we deal with sometimes..
I went out and bought one of the pill containers from the pharmacy that is large enough to hold the amount of pills I take it holds Sun thru Sat 7 days am and pm doses. I have to fill it every week and then I know when I have taken all of my meds there is no guess work..
Get some sleep and I hope your feeling better tomorrow...
