mornin all, late start for me today all this winter clean up seems to never end
I found a drippy water pipe, so another project for hubby & me.
I hope an easy fix....

Oh I did want to mention a yoga site that a member on the TOS forum posted- It has poses for health conditions and you can make your own grouping or set of poses that you are able to do physically.

the sequence builder is neat - you can pick the poses you feel you can do and then print them out.
